4. Nature of AI-Generated Content
DekorAI uses artificial intelligence models to generate visual representations and design suggestions.
The generated results:

- They may differ from the final physical result
The generated content is for inspirational, exploratory, and visualization purposes. It does not constitute professional advice in architecture, interior design, engineering, technical decoration, or construction.
5. Intellectual Property of AI-Generated Content
Unless otherwise indicated, the user retains the rights to images generated from their own content and inputs provided to the platform.
The user can use the generated images for:
- Personal inspiration
- Decoration projects
- Publications
- Reasonable commercial uses
DekorAI does not guarantee exclusivity on the generated results. Similar images, styles, or compositions may be generated for other users.
DekorAI may use anonymized and de-identified generated images for model improvement, internal process training, product testing, research and development, and service demonstrations, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The user declares and warrants that they own the necessary rights to all content they upload to the platform.
6. User Content License
When uploading images, photographs, text, or other materials to the platform, the user grants DekorAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and limited license to process, store, analyze, and transform such content for the sole purpose of providing, maintaining, improving, and protecting the Services.
The user retains ownership of their original content.
7. Service Availability
DekorAI strives to keep the platform available, but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access.
Service may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical failures, network issues, third-party providers, or causes beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DekorAI shall not be liable for:
- Differences between generated visualizations and actual results
- Purchasing, decorating, remodeling, or hiring decisions made by the user
- Data loss or service interruptions
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Unsatisfactory results in physical projects derived from AI-generated renders or suggestions
DekorAI is a visual inspiration and creative support tool. It does not guarantee design results, technical compatibility, commercial product availability, or construction feasibility.
DekorAI's total accumulated liability shall not exceed the amount effectively paid by the user during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Third-Party Links
The site may include links to third-party platforms, products, or services. DekorAI does not control or assume responsibility for their content, availability, policies, or practices.
10. Minimum age
To use the Services, the user must be at least 18 years old or have valid authorization from their parent or legal guardian.
11. Payments and Premium Services
Some DekorAI features may be offered as paid services. Payments may be processed through third-party providers. Applicable prices, taxes, and conditions may vary by user country.
12. Suspension and Termination

Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Plans
Some DekorAI plans may include features described as “unlimited.” These features are designed to allow for broad use by individual users within a normal personal or household context.

Reasonable use
Plans that include unlimited features allow for a high number of AI-generated designs or visualizations. However, usage is subject to reasonable limits designed to prevent system abuse.
As a general reference, reasonable use may include approximately:
- Until 300 redesigns per month with HomeStyle Studio
- Until 100 views with Home Try-On per month
These values do not constitute automatic strict limits, but rather references for normal use for individual users.
Not allowed
Use of the platform will be considered abusive if it includes, but is not limited to:
- Automated use through bots, scripts, or scraping tools
- Use of the service to generate large volumes of content for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Attempts to overload or interfere with the normal operation of the platform
- Share accounts between multiple users or companies
Measures in case of excessive use
If we detect usage that significantly exceeds reasonable use or affects service stability, DekorAI reserves the right to:
- Temporarily limit access to certain features
- Request an upgrade to a higher plan
- Suspend or cancel the account in cases of repeated abuse

Credit System (Pay as You Go)
1. Definition of Credits
DekorAI credits are digital units that allow access to and use of specific functionalities within the platform. Credits do not constitute legal tender, have no monetary value outside the platform, and are not transferable, exchangeable, or refundable for cash.
2. Use of Credits
Credit consumption is based on the actions performed within the platform. Each action has a specific credit cost, which may vary depending on the complexity of the required processing.
- HomeStyle Studio (AI Style Change): Consume 1 credit per generation.
- Home Try-On (product placement): Consume 4 credits per generation.
Each content generation by artificial intelligence is considered an independent action and will consume credits individually, regardless of the outcome or user satisfaction.
3. Accrual and Expiration
Credits acquired by the user are cumulative and, unless otherwise stated in promotions or specific conditions, do not expire.
4. Refund Policy
Once credits have been used, they are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Unused credits may be eligible for a refund only if established in the current refund policy and within applicable legal deadlines.
In accordance with European Union regulations, the user acknowledges and accepts that, upon commencing the use of credits in digital services, they forfeit their right of withdrawal for the digital content provided.
5. Modifications to the Credit System
DekorAI reserves the right to modify at any time:
- The credit cost of functionalities.
- Available credit packages for purchase.
- Terms of Use of the Credit System.
Any relevant changes will be communicated to users with reasonable advance notice.
6. Fair Use
The credit system is subject to fair use policies. Abusive, automated, or fraudulent use of the platform, including but not limited to the use of bots or unauthorized mass generation, may result in the suspension or cancellation of the account without refund.
7. Errors and Technical Failures
In the event of technical errors attributable to DekorAI that affect credit consumption, the platform may, at its sole discretion, refund the incorrectly consumed credits.
DekorAI does not guarantee specific results in generations made using artificial intelligence.
Refund Policy – DekorAI

This Refund Policy governs purchases of functionalities, credits, subscriptions, premium services, or paid digital products offered by DekorAI through https://dekorai.com.
Scope
This Policy applies only to paid services or features, including the credit system under the Pay as You Go model. Free services are not subject to refunds.
2. Reimbursement Request
If you are not satisfied with an eligible purchase, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, by writing to contacto@dekorai.com.
The request must include:
- Buyer's name
- Email associated with the purchase
- Order number or reference
- Reason for the request
3. Refund Processing
If the request is approved, the refund will be processed, generally, within 7 to 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase, except in cases of technical impossibility or restrictions from the payment provider.
Right of withdrawal for European Union consumers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
However, in the case of digital content or digital services supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may be excluded or lost when:
- The user expressly requests the immediate commencement of service provision, and
- Acknowledge and accept that, once execution has begun, you may lose your right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by law.
By purchasing and starting to use DekorAI's digital services, including the use of credits, the user expressly accepts this condition when legally permissible.
5. Credits and Pay as You Go Model
DekorAI operates under a Pay as You Go system that allows users to purchase credits to utilize specific functionalities within the platform.
- Credits are digital units of use and do not constitute money nor do they have monetary value outside of the platform.
- Credits are cumulative and, unless otherwise stated, do not expire.
- Credit consumption occurs when the user performs actions within the platform, such as generating styles or inserting products.
- Each action is considered an immediately executed digital service.
5.1 Credit Refunds
- Unused credits may only be eligible for refund within the timeframe specified in this Policy.
- Once the credits have been used, in whole or in part, they will not be refundable in proportion to the usage.
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results generated by artificial intelligence, as these can vary and depend on multiple factors.
6. Eligible cases for refund review
We will consider refund requests in situations such as:
- Duplicate billing errors
- Serious technical failures preventing reasonable use of the purchased service
- Unrecognized charges, subject to verification
- Unused credits within the applicable period
- Other circumstances assessed on a case-by-case basis by DekorAI
7. Non-refundable cases
Unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions, refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Applications submitted after the applicable deadline
- Abuse or fraudulent use of the refund system
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preferences after using the service
- Credits consumed in full or in part under the Pay as You Go model
- Digital services already executed, delivered, or immediately consumed, when legally exempt
8. Cancellations
If DekorAI offers subscriptions or automatic renewals, the user will be able to cancel them according to the conditions informed at the time of purchase or in their account, when that functionality exists.
Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not necessarily imply a refund for periods already billed, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law.
Payment provider
Some payments may be processed by third parties. In those cases, the final processing of the refund may also depend on the respective payment provider's operational times and policies.
